Pride Kickboxing offers professional and friendly martial arts training to both male and female students 14+ years old. Classes are adapted to cater for all levels of fitness and we pride ourselves on ensuring everyone gets the required level of training each session. Be prepared though guys, classes can be intense - but fun. You're guaranteed to leave each session shattered but coupled with a sense of great achievement. The aching tends to last little longer but that's the name of the game.

We practice sport kickboxing, freestyle karate and self defence. Our training is structured around a syllabus which incorporates various techniques covering a wide range of martial art disciplines. Part of our syllabus is available to view by guests on this website.

We have a belt system similar to most martial arts but this is not compulsory. If you want to achieve the prestigious grade of black belt or you just want to get fit, have a bit of a laugh and learn some of the majestic techniques that martial arts offers then we are the club for you.

Sparring plays a large part in our training as we believe practical application is core to our training. Fear not, all sparring is controlled and strictly monitored. We practice techniques as a Semi-Contact sport . A semi-contact sport is a combat sport involving striking and which contains physical contact between the combatants simulating full-power techniques. The techniques are restricted to limited power, and rendering the opponent unconscious is forbidden .

We also arrange various social activities and participate in charity fundraising events.
